Ordering & Shipping Policy
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Vérve, we take pride in the quality, fit, and finish of every piece we create. Each garment is thoughtfully made and carefully checked before it reaches you.
That said, we understand that on rare occasions, an issue may arise.
Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
- We currently do not offer returns or refunds. All purchases made on Vérve are final, so we encourage you to review product details and sizing carefully before checking out.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order
- Please share a clear unboxing video showing the defect. Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review. Email all details to contact@verve-you.com
- Once verified, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.
- We reserve the right to decline replacement requests if the issue appears to be a result of misuse, wear, or intentional damage.
- We understand that fit matters. Size exchanges are possible if requested within 7 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. No refunds are offered on size exchanges.
